Some images not often / not seen before online from a collector, recently shared on Facebook. In some, Chester Road is still cobbled. The Longford Cinema can be either fully seen or glimpsed through them all and the main image features the front lighting standards said to represent the buttons (maybe levers?) of the cash till design of the building frontage. It doesn’t look like these lasted very long.
